Handle YouTube URLs passed to “Tune In URL” #27

This follows on from reverted #23.

I've tested on a 8.0 nightly and a fresh installation of 7.9.2, and playing from YouTube in the traditional way is now working again for me.

The last few weeks, I've had no success in playing YT with the plugin. Debug output showed no clues. I've updated to 8.0.0 nightly and cleared cache and plugins. Now it's working again.

But maybe clearing the cache and the installed plugins may have helped on 7.9.4 ;-)
