no menu button #14

Issue:  after a fresh install with no previous data I try to enter my height, 
or anything other than my current weight. the menu button (soft button?) is 
nowhere to be found.

Samsung Galaxy Nexus, GSM, yakju, 4.2.1 Android

This seems to be an issue with Android 4.x, I'll look into it. Thank you for

I am going back to "legacy" mode. In newer versions of Android the legacy menu 
button was deprecated completely. I targeted api level 17 (4.2.2) without 
knowing it would cause problems like this. Now the target api level is set to 
13 which still supports the legacy menu button.

With the next update on the market the problem should disappear.
