Allow usage over https #19

This pull request allows usage of the framework for people who enabled https on their profile.

Hello Oscar,

That's great, but you have to rebase your fork. See the "pull upstream changes" section of http://help.github.com/fork-a-repo/

For instance, the access token API was integrated back on May 31st (thanks to you).

Hi, I don't think you need this anymore, right? Someone else already added https support I see.

I'm closing this because it's no longer necessary. Thanks for your feedback though. I'll start again from a fresh fork and update the other two pull requests.
