Feature Request: Win32 No-install (Single Executable) #25

Found gitso after trying to get UltraVNC Single-Click to work with Linux
TightVNC and RealVNC listeners.

Would be great if we had a self-contained executable that does not require
installation.

I would love to be able to make a custom portable executable file for the "get 
help" users. It could be placed on a website preloaded with the IPs and/or 
hostnames.

On windows you can install Gitso and create an archive of %programfiles%\Gitso 
with 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) and finally create an executable sfx 
archive, for example with 7-Zip SFX maker 
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/sfx-maker/) which automatically extracts the 
files to %temp% and runs gitso with parameters.
