Feature request: Ability to execute a script when giving support #87

Hi,

it would be nice to be able to execute a script when giving a support.

I can imagine following cases:

* run a script which would open a port for particular support person on FW 
(this would need ability to change "support" port in gitso too)

* run a script which would for example send a mail to the client with 
predefined variables (ip, port, url for url helper (this would be nice feature 
too) to confirm ready support (like after call to support helpdesk).
