• [ ] find the singularities
• [ ] identify the center of eddies
• [ ] launch all trajectories from the pointcarre sections with Parcels
• [ ] minimize distance to find proper boundaries (hopefully not too much overhead to use Parcels for very few particles..)
• [ ] class for contours that can be use for lavd and elliptic lcs (return list of object)
