find a better way to install binaries currently located in files/binaries #4

currently there are

helm
kubectx
kubens
minikube
terraform

these files eat lots of space and are placed in the directory in a fixed version, which is not nice. Better find a smooth way to install them otherwise. There are no repositores provided for this tools, currently

removed kubectl from list and implemented the repository so there is no need to use the downloaded binary anymore
