Hide AppVeyor configuration file #34

It's confusing that one CI configuration file is hidden and the other isn't. Hidden CI config files make more sense, so change the one that's not hidden yet: appveyor.yml

Rename appveyor.yml to .appveyor.yml
Change the name in the AppVeyor settings: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/philippgille/hello-netcoreapp/settings
Change build scripts accordingly (e.g. bumpVersion.*)
