Add non bare scripts option? #3

A possible commit for philipproplesch/web.optimization#2

CoffeeScriptTransform and CombinedCoffeeScriptTransform have a new optional constructor parameter useBare[Coffee]Scripts. It defaults to true, to maintain previous behaviour.
