Remove lcMethodCustom and lcModelCustom classes #117

The custom model class serves no useful purpose anymore due to the availability of lcModelPartition.

[x] Rename and simplify lcMethodCustom to lcMethodFunction
[x] Remove lcModelCustom and tests
[x] Generalize output requirements of lcMethodFeature to expect an lcModel object instead of lcModelCustom
