Guidance from Jan Paul is to really connect with our registrants and have them commit to improving their clubs

When people register, they:

• Commit themselves to complete one incremental Pathways Leve by March 31.
• And they also commit their club to realistic achievement DCP goals - split into
  • Educational goals
  • New members
  • Officer training, summer/winter
  • Paying dues on time
  • Total membership September 30; March 30; June 30

We could use these data to

• Share with the club to provoke discussion, as we might have differences in commitment from various club officers.
• Share this info with Div and ADs who can do analysis of what club needs to work on given history and club visit observations
• Share with trainers
• Monitor and encourage clubs to achieve their committed goals
• See how realistic is our District goal

We also ask people what their level of proficiency is of Pathways

And also ask people what ad hoc or regular training sessions do they want e.g Pathways, Contests, Member retention, .

Then of course we are asking people to confirm which officer training they want to attend, and also which discussion topic they want to attend
