An extension of the option "PREFERRED_AUDIO_CODEC" to allow for multiple audio formats. An option for movies similar to tv to map the files inside reasonable named folders.

The feature for generating a movie folder for each individual movie has been added to the newest release (v1.0.3). In the case of extending the functionality of PREFERRED_AUDIO_CODEC, this will probably not be added before full multi-threading has been accomplished. Keeping the issue open for now.
