Clarify the difference between https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-mailgun #19

I found now, that https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/mailgun/ is using the V3 API as well. Does it mean it no longer make sense to use this provider? Would be great to have the difference highlighted somehow.

I've tried migrating to the mentioned provider and it seem they use API v3 now and support region argument for resources, so I was able to even migrate existing resources to it.
