Not able to run xmenu from shxkd or polybar. #51

My script works fine from a terminal but doesn't run using shxkd or polybar.

Same here, I updated xmenu to the latest version (which uses Xresources rather than config.h) and I'm having the same issue with polybar, strangely enough. I set a custom/script module and neither using click-left/click-right nor the lemonbar syntax %{A:menu:}%{A} seem to work.

To make matters worse, whenever launched from a terminal it doesn't seem to respect the -p parameter either, it just shows up wherever the pointer (i.e. mouse) is located.

Just an update as I discovered that click-middle indeed works for polybar. Fine by me as a temporary solution but it's a bit puzzling.
