Reformat README to be nicer looking #9

The current README is great as a plain text file. Since we already have the manpage entry that does that job, I think a nicer looking README.md that showcases the demo gif would give potential users a better idea of what xmenu does and how it works.

Obviously you didn't ask for this change but it took 5 minutes :shrug:

Done, thanks for reformating it.

I changed to add a link to the wiki with the manual.
