Missing some codes or cells in the Dataset Organization Procedure.ipynb #3

I am impressed by your paper ‘Benchmarking Scientific Image Forgery Detectors’, and thanks for sharing your codes. However, I can not run your shared "Dataset Organization Procedure.ipynb" successfully. It seems missing some codes that make the 'revome, gray and color' directories.

remove_files = glob('manually_organizing_bbbc038/remove/*')
gray_images =  glob('manually_organizing_bbbc038/gray/*')
color_images =  glob('manually_organizing_bbbc038/color/*')

Thank you for your kind words about our paper and for taking an interest in our code. Regarding the "Dataset Organization Procedure" notebook, I apologize for any confusion it may have caused. This notebook is an intermediate step in the creation of our RSIID dataset and is not necessary for using our dataset or library. Its purpose is to demonstrate how we selected the source images from the database, which were then used to create the RSIID. For the specific piece of code you presented, we manually selected and organized the images from BBBC038 dataset and classified them as gray or color images. Unfortunately, we have deleted these intermediate data, but you can find the final selection at srcDataset.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues, and we will do our best to assist you :)

Hi,

may I ask you for issue with the SILA paper? https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-022-21535-3 It seems that all git io links are broken…

Kind regards Matthias

Hi Matthias (@under-score),

Thank you for reaching out. I just tested the git.io links and they seem to be working on my end. However, if you are still experiencing any issues, you can access the SILA repository through the following link: https://github.com/danielmoreira/sciint.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Kind Regards, João

You are right - it seems that the system had a hiccup and worked again the other day. It is even deprecated https://github.blog/changelog/2022-04-25-git-io-deprecation/ However, if you are still experiencing any issues, you can access the SILA repository through the following link: https://github.com/danielmoreira/sciint

Yep, but there is also a password needed that I couldn’t get so far...

Kind regards Matthias

Hi, Matthias (@under-score),

Thanks for letting me know that you were able to access the SILA repository.

You are correct that the dataset and annotated ground-truth are only available for academic purposes and are therefore password-protected. To obtain the passwords, please contact Daniel Moreira at dmoreira1@luc.edu. Please copy me on your email to Daniel so that I can follow up on the issue status.

I hope you are able to gain access to the data soon. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Kind Regards, João
