I am using Win 8.1.

You insist that I have to install Microsoft.Net but I already have it... and
because of your choices of yes or no, I have to say no because I have it
already... so what gives???

Shouldn't it open automatically since I have your requested .net file active.

Confused.

Maybe you have a newer version of the .NET Framework (4.0 or 4.5), and
PDFBinder requires version 1.1 or 2.0. I honestly do not know how forward
compatible the application is supposed to be. What happens if you allow the
installer to proceed with the .NET Framework installation?

They don't seem compatible... so I can't do anything at all... but it's ok,
I will simply scan it using OCR and transfer my pdf in Excel. Thank you
anyway.
