Get new test data and re-implement the tests that broke when data was removed

Create a minimal set of hand written test data. This will ensure that tests run fast while covering many potential problems

Create all three files - a sample lanl file, a patient hla mapping and a query alignment.

The lanl file must include:

• a comma separated list of hla genotype names
• question mark in the epitope
• blank hla genotype name

The query alignment must include

• an epitope at the beginning
• an epitope cut in half at the end
• epitope with a gap in the alignment
• epitope slightly offset in a query sequence
• epitopes that are out by 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bases
• the same epitope twice
• complicated sequence names

The patient hla file must include

• an exact match to only a patient
• .*
• an expression that matches more then one patient, but not all patients
