Work in progress

[x] Convert to NetStandard
[x] Update to Latest Windows Azure Storage
- [x] Convert methods to async because of conversion above, sync not available anymore
[x] Update nuspec to use NetStandard output
[x] Update cake script to use NetStandard output
[ ] Test produced NuGet
- [ ] Test on mac where it failed horribly last time

Going to close this PR since it is older, I will work on getting everything converted over to the newer stuff.
