Release 0.15.0 - Available in nuget #23

Hi!

Is it possible to add the release 0.15.0 to a nuget feed? 0.14.0 is from January 2018 :)

Could I help in any way?

Hi,. I will work in getting a new updated build released in the next couple of weeks or so.
