UserStory

When the user looks in each quadrant there should be two different buttons to perform two different tasks.

AC

WHEN you look in each quadrant you should see two buttons AND each button should perform a different task.

DevNotes

Buttons are going to be printed to the DOM using a printToDom function.
Buttons do not need to function yet. Just printing them at the moment.
