feat: add ics feed, resolves #39

Overview

• Added two new packages - ics and ics-service; ics-service generates an ics feed string, while using the ics package behind the scenes.
• Added an /ics-feed.ics resource route; When reached with webcal:// protocol on Apple devices - you can subscribe to the feed; when accessed using HTTPS - you can download the current events as an ics file.
• Added start time and duration to events.json (TODO: requires correction of this data according to the actual event times)
• Added a link to "subscribe to our calendar" on the top of the events page (TODO: needs proper placement, would like to hear your input)

While filling in this PR, I'm thinking about splitting it to just resource route as PR, and we can deal with adding a subscription link later.

I think that's a good place for it; it might be nice to put it on the homepage, too.
