For the past 2 weeks, I worked with the team to brainstorm project ideas. The most considerable challenge we ran into was deciding which project idea to stick with and making sure that the project requirements were achievable. In the next iteration, we'll set up the project kanban board, assign tasks and work on those tasks.
t2m3b In this past iteration, I worked together with my team on deciding on project ideas. After deciding on a project, we discussed the minimum, standard, and stretch goals we’d like to set for our project. The major challenge these past few weeks has been deciding what our project is going to be and setting attainable goals. In the coming weeks, we will flesh out the overall component structure of our app, assign tasks to each individual member, and work on those tasks.
z2w2b In this past iteration, my main focus was on brainstorming various ideas for our project, as well as discussing specificities for the chosen project idea, such as the minimum, standard, and stretch goals. A challenge we ran into was deciding which project idea we should choose, as we had discussed several potential project ideas and it was hard to envision what project idea realistically could be done in the course timeframe. In the coming iteration, we will develop the baseline component structure of our app, and have each individual member work on specific development tasks.

During the last iteration, I participated in the discussion for project ideas and goals. The biggest challenge we ran into was probably being realistic about our goals and figuring out what we are able to accomplish. This made me realize that planning a project is not as simple as it seems. Next iteration, I hope to discuss component structure and task assignment with the team to start developing the UI for our project.

I was focused on discussing the project idea with the team. Similar to my teammates, our challenge was we were trying to be realistic and straightforward with our goals for the project and we accounted for that when building our idea. We're hoping that by the next iteration we'd be able to have our project repository set up for a React Project and participate in the division of tasks with the team to build the User Interface.
