Value Proposition

As a user, I would like to have the ability to create new lists so that I can have several list for different themes

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] show an add button on the overview page
- [ ] onclick: show a create list page
  Tasks
[x] create feature feat/create-lists
[x] show an NavLink component (create new list) in the nav
[x] create a create list page
- [x] add the Header component
- [x] add a Input component
- [x] add a ButtonGroup component with two Button components inside (back & create)
[x] on NavLink component (create new list) click: open the create list page

maybe you could have your header inside a layout component instead of incorporating it in each page individually?
