Parole needs to be built against xfconf-gtk3 #6

Due missing so-file it doesn't start.

[phil@philip-pc ~]$ parole
parole: error while loading shared libraries: libxfconf-0.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[phil@philip-pc ~]$ pacman -Ql xfconf-gtk3 | grep so
xfconf-gtk3 /usr/lib/libxfconf-0.so
xfconf-gtk3 /usr/lib/libxfconf-0.so.3
xfconf-gtk3 /usr/lib/libxfconf-0.so.3.0.0
