A neat thing about Philomena is the ability to watch complex queries of results. But while adding single tags to list of watched is available from the dropdown menu in when searching and under images:
the more complex options are available only in settings (Watch List tab on https://furbooru.org/settings/edit).
Describe the solution you'd like
Add some button next to a search query that would immediately add it as a new line in complex watch:

And maybe also option to remove it when already watched. Or at least an information that it is already watched.
Also in the box where Watched images are displayed on the main page there should be an option to immediately go to the page in settings where what is being watched can be changed (https://furbooru.org/settings/edit)

Same goes for the page that opens when clicking on this:

That is https://furbooru.org/search?q=my:watched.
From there there should also be an option to go to the page where users can change what they watch:
