5XX Error when clicking on "Reverse Search" button when fields are empty

Describe the bug Internal Server Error when clicking on "Reverse Search" button in "Reverse Search" page when form fields are empty.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Reverse Search' page
2. Click on 'Reverse Search' button without filling any other fields
3. See error

Expected behavior A graceful fail with error shown, just like when trying to upload without choosing an image.
