Bootstrap Devise Views? #17

@jdwolk @patbenatar @pgdaniel I like adding this on my new projects https://github.com/hisea/devise-bootstrap-views I'll add it to the forthcoming --css_framework=bootstrap option if there are no objections

But agreed, I always add this as well when using devise with bootstrap
