Hylink currently supports repeater connections (via UDP) only.

Support for mobile and portable radios using the UART or USB interface would allow these radios to be used where a direct repeater connection is not available.

@philpem this could be useful for you? https://github.com/smarek/Hytera_Homebrew_Bridge/tree/master/kaitai if the interface is UART/USB and not UDP/IP, HDAP packets should be carried within HRNP frame
