1 ADD FILTER ON SUBMITTED RESERVATIONS (Pending/Approved/Reject) - Reminder to CENTRALIZE the Submitted Reservations (List) for Admin User (DSA) and Property Custodian 1.1 Create new group for Reports 1.2 Add Created by STO & Created by DSA filter 1.3 Rename Submitted Reservations to Reservations 1.4 Set Reservation List default result to Approved for Prop OP.

  1. ADD "SEARCH" BAR on SUBMITTED RESERVATIONS for Admin User

  2. ADD FILTER FEATURE ON COLUMNS "VENUES" and "PROGRAMS" and Change order of columns ( SCHEDULES, PROGRAM, VENUE. ) 3.1 Switch Columns 3.2 Add 2 new Filters 3.3 Apply to following pages: Monthly Report Submitted Reservation

  3. MAKE the "Create Researvation" where users can Upload PDF Files.... (preferred nga mudisplay sad ang PDF file sa Preview section) 4.1 View Reservation 4.2 Edit Reservation 4.3 Add Reservation

  4. TRANSFER Hyperlink from RES-ID to Activity Name/Title Column (Apply this to the whole VRS reservation list and monthly report (DSA)). 5.1 Monthly Report 5.2 Reservation List

  5. ADD SCROLLABILITY FOR PREVIEWS OF UPLOAD IMAGES/PDF in the RESERVATIONS 6.1 View Reservation 6.2 Edit Reservation 6.3 Add Reservation
