Release rc9 #59

Can you please make a release rc9 including the current commits after rc8 for windows? RC8 has the big bug that crashes HUD when table is changed in a SNG or in a MTT

Unfortunately I don't have access to a windows machine and am unable to play online poker so not much interest in FPDB at the moment.
