Aerosol lidar legs seized #30

From Ian Brookes: two of the legs have seized up so can't be adjusted. There were some replacement legs in the box, but no feet for them, and I couldn't get the feet off broken legs replaced.

Managed to sort spare legs from the Iceland lidar or unseize them with a bit of brute force
