The upward looking longwave sensor is reading negative flux and negative millivolts during the day. I'm certain this should be positive. The temperature on this instrument is about 3 degrees higher that the other 3 sensors, so I wonder if that is causing the problem. There will be a calculation somewhere of longwave emitted tosubtract from the net longwave measured, so if the temperature is wrong, that calculation will be wrong.
