Change scripts.fileio format functions to json format or something similar in a dedicated template folder

In de12a80 I added a json format file holding calcsfh input parameter data. I think this is the best way to do it. However, it would be great to have a nice formatted file template like what fileio.calcsfh_input_parameter builds that could also be used by fileio.read_calcsfh_param.
