working in pandas #8

I wanted to combine entire iterative calcsfh -ssp -full calls into one combined file with columns added based on dav, imf, core overshoot or any other parameter iterated over. I decided to use pandas to do it since I was pushing into py3 anyway. In the process, I forked away from this repo to not interrupt others' work flows.

Updates to the readme coming soon...
