Nomenclature change: "transposition model" should be "population genetics model" in the paper and SOM #13

As suggested in the thesis defense, I should change all mentions to transposition model, to population genetics model. This should be changed gloablly in:

[x] Paper
[ ] SOM

And also in the documentation, and code. Since the code is not hosted here, the scope of this issue is the paper and SOM.
