Using the newly released LinkedIn oAuth2 API #47

Has two API calls, one for name and one for email.

This package is no longer being worked on. I merged your basic LinkedIn provider, but this package is replaced by https://github.com/thephpleague/oauth2-client which already has a LinkedIn provider

Would you go and review that package and that provider to see if you like it, and send a PR if you dont?
