Multihop support #5

Is there a chance for adding multihop support in the future?

I did actually play around with that a while ago, not using Mullvad's official method but just using basic client-side routing with a shell script. This allows for an "infinite" (bounded by MTU) amount of hops, also across vpn providers.

I have no real use for it myself but might integrate it into mlvd one day. Pull requests are welcome too.
