Sort Widget flips items when immediately dropped #154

Current behaviour: Some times if an item is tapped and immediately dropped, then the item changes positions with the next one.

Intended behaviour: The item should stay put if tapped

NOTE: This is a minor annoyance

fixed with 5px scroll margin
