เลือก browse file แล้วดูที่ title ของ dialog 
เลือกไฟล์

ควรจะเป็น "อัปโหลดแฟ้ม" 
มากกว่า "ส่งแฟ้มขึ้น"

อันนี้เจอใน 3.0.9 for Mac ไม่รู้ว่า 
platform อื่นเจอมั้ย
