entries
key tree structure (optional)
example (optional)
log (last modified, created)
minhashes
description
merkle hash (extract from dat?)
some metadata (owner, contributers, ...)

registry:

a collection of .zoo, i.e. JSON files in a mongodb instance that is sitting in an AWS container (like nextstrain)
a collection of schemas, sitting in same database
