sequence hypothesis as a graph #129

represent sequence hypotheses as graphs

annotations will have to reflect that

for viral linear genomes, be nice and allow sequence embedding in mongodb directly, for bacterial/ fungal genomes allow input to be in gfa1/ 2 format, w/o the metadata. export capabilities to fasta, gfa etc.
