Create a Confirmation Modal of the Add Site Crowdsourcing Flow #341

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For Phlask 2.0 we want to create a ConfirmationModal at the end of the Add Site workflow. Additional context This is related to #314 where another team member is working on the crowdsourcing forms.

Resolved local phlask enviroment and unstuck for developing modal

Cosmetics are there however, the responsiveness as how the modal adapts to the port.

Basic responsiveness is working now, but still more styling required. Needs mobile design.

This ticket will focus only on the mobile version of the confirmation screen.

The mobile version is nearly complete, and some issues with graphics may be resolved with a hotfix to meet deadline.
