Modal Canvas Structure (Half + Full Size) #92

As a user, I need each tap to have a half modal and full modal, and the ability to expand from half to full, and to close the modal in its half state OR full state

As a part of the half/full modal change functionality, we would like to adjust the buttons for the modal to be placed as per the last example from the top of the figma examples here: https://www.figma.com/file/VGGqwl3Eq3GQIAO9I6LoNW/phlask?node-id=0%3A1

In addition, we would like the modal to close if a user clicks anywhere outside of it (ex- on the map).
