Binary install

Changes

• I added the possibility to install from the official binary packages.
• Then I added uninstall recipes for package, source, and binary install strategies.
• Added tests for the binary install recipe

The above is all tested on Ubuntu 12.04, and works fine with Monit 5.8.1.

Issues

I tried to fix the tests, but they keep failing on CentOS in the source install recipe. (that was failing before my fixes). Unfortunately I don't have time to dive deeper into that now, mostly because we don't run on CentOS here.. Maybe someone else would care to have a look at it? I'd be happy to help out later.

Ah the failing tests on my local env seem to pass just fine on TravisCI, so no biggie I guess. :wink:
