Define scoring logic in specification doc #8

Determine how to compute a score out of 20 from the WSET tasting guide.

The guild has a vague guide to use as a starting point. Likely the most useful criteria from the WSET guide will be the ones with e.g. "weak, medium-, medium, medium+, bold" as options.

Feedback from informal testing:

[ ] Add "mineralic" to aroma
[ ] Add "other" option for notes not covered in given choices; e.g. under "herbs". Make a text field.
[ ] Under tanins for white wines, have "absent" option
[ ] Add "complexity"
[ ] Under aging potential, add "drinkable now but would improve with aging" (subtly different from saying drink now or can be aged)
[ ] Under aging potential, maybe add field for how long to age
