Clarify structure of projects and internal contributions at retro rabbit #25

Add underlines to h3s (Client Projects and Internal Contributions), and indent projects under those headings. It looks like this:

The indentation probably clarifies the structure quite a bit, but not sure if I like it yet. Leaving as a PR to decide later.
