Create Github Actions for releases

As per the README, the idea is that

main contains the complete, unabridged content of the entire resume
Release branches are cut for individual applications
- (These might even be called "application branches", e.g. application/dream-job-1)
- On these branches, I can trim down the content and tweak style and layout to present the application-specific content as cleanly as possible
- Changes on main should automatically trigger PRs into all release branches, assigned to me, via a Github Action
- When an application is finished, the branch can be deleted, as per Git Flow
Github Actions should create PDFs as release artefacts from the release branches
- Question: should this be automated? Perhaps rather manual when I feel it is ready.
- Releases should be tagged with dates, e.g. application/dream-job-1-2024-03-27
