Upgraded version of Isodyn (in the branch 'feature/isodyn') adjusts the simulation output to be comparable with the provided experimentally measured metabolite labeling and concentrations extracted with new versions of Ramid and Midcor. The basic kinetic model is constructed automatically based on the provided list of reactions. Added a new function: determination of real number of degrees of freedom and goodness of fit to the data. hi @seliv55 could you please re apply your changes on a fresh and up-to-date version of the release branch, and then make the pull request against the release branch, and not develop? Thanks. This is dragging other commits and that shouldn't be the case. This cannot be merged in this state (please reopen a new PR following the directions mentioned above). Thanks!
