upgrades for Isodyn #260

Upgraded version of Isodyn (in the branch 'feature/isodyn') adjusts the simulation output to be comparable with the provided experimentally measured metabolite labeling and concentrations extracted with new versions of Ramid and Midcor. The basic kinetic model is constructed automatically based on the provided list of reactions. Added a new function: determination of real number of degrees of freedom and goodness of fit to the data. Hi @pcm32 , is it correct now? The changes are made in a sub-branch of the release branch, and the pull request is against the release branch.

Yes, Pablo, I checked it in our local Galaxy setup, it works.
